I found the hotel to have a prime location. The staff were helpful during my stay. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a good variety to start my day right. I did have some air conditioning problems, relying on a fan instead. I appreciated the local dining options nearby, as I love exploring different cuisines.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Spending two nights in a cozy double room allowed us to enjoy the local ambiance. Meals at the onsite restaurant were reasonably priced, but the breakfast lacked variety. A fan helped with the warm nights, though earlier fixes for the AC would have improved our comfort. Consider requesting a room away from the reception for a quieter experience.

Significant noise disturbances from adjacent rooms!!! Air conditioning was inadequate, and it was disappointing to deal with ventilation issues!!! A more thorough inspection of rooms for cleanliness would be beneficial!!!

The breakfast spread was fantastic and offered something for everyone. We enjoyed the comfortable family room, which was spacious enough for our two kids. The location was great, with various dining options nearby – perfect after a day exploring Burgos.

In my wife's opinion, a more spacious family room would have made our stay better.

I loved starting my day with the delicious and varied buffet breakfast. the fresh pastries were a real highlight! For relaxation, they offer a soothing sauna and hot tub, which made unwinding a breeze. The room was a tad small for my liking, but it didn’t spoil my fantastic stay. 😊

The buffet breakfast offered a delightful variety, showcasing some delicious sweet products that made mornings enjoyable. the air conditioning issues were disappointing, with a fan provided as the only cooling option during my stay in the peak summer heat. the room felt cramped with minimal closet space, and the view from my upgraded room was rather uninspiring, overlooking a concrete wall. These factors, combined with a pervasive unpleasant odor, detracted from what could have been a pleasant experience.

The location is convenient. just a 15-minute walk to the magnificent Cathedral in the city center. The staff was friendly and the bar/restaurant provided great food and drinks. very popular with locals.

Everything was ideal.

Comfortable room, helpful staff, with a good-sized bathroom and comfy bed that exceeded my expectations thanks to excellent cleaning service. located within walking distance of the city center and easily accessible from the bus route, making exploration straightforward.
